Terms of Use
1. Visualization Tool Not a Medical Device
Match V.III is strictly a visualization tool for educational purposes. It is not a diagnostic medical
device. Simulations are artistic approximations and do not guarantee clinical results.
2. Professional Responsibility
Users must be licensed professionals. Final diagnosis and treatment planning are the sole
responsibility of the user. The creators assume no liability for clinical outcomes.
3. AI Limitations
The 'Match V.III Engine' uses probabilistic AI models. Users must manually verify all digital
measurements against physical clinical realities.
4. Data Privacy
User is responsible for patient consent. Data is processed locally to maximize privacy.
The 'Social' feature utilizes the Match V.III Engine to demonstrate real-time 3D facial geometry
reconstruction from 2D imagery. This function is intended solely as a proof of technological
capability and for educational illustration. It does not constitute "deepfake" media generation.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing this feature for any deceptive, unethical, or illegal
purposes, including but not limited to identity impersonation or content fabrication.
7. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The use of the Match V.III software, identifying documentation, or communication with the creator
does not establish a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship with Dr. Amr
Touny. Nothing contained in this application constitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment.
